AccessNSW is like a match-making service for business events. It puts people who are planning meetings and events in touch with all the services, venues and attractions they need. AccessNSW is a free service provided by Business Events Sydney (BESydney).
If you are planning an event and need to find anything from a suitable venue to speakers, entertainers, caterers, transport and professional conference organisers, AccessNSW will create a shortlist of suitable organisations, tailored to your needs and budget.
We have a database of more than 200 specialist business event suppliers and venues to choose from, to find the best for your event. We also provide a number of other services to support you throughout the event planning process. All AccessNSW services are free.
Visit the plan an event section for information, advice and resources, or the BESydney Event Supplier Search and submit a Request for Proposal.
Once you have completed your Request for Proposal (RFP), a member of our AccessNSW team will be in touch to either get more information from you or provide you with a shortlist of venues/suppliers and quotes.
AccessNSW will give you business leads. When our clients ask us for help planning an event, we match their needs with your services, then pass the business on to you.
AccessNSW relies on providing clients with a premium service and top quality recommendations, so we only recommend approved Business Events Sydney stakeholders to our clients.
